1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments are in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at (239)-267-9594. 4. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We will contact you if extenuating circumstances warrant rescheduling. If you’d like to reschedule your delivery, please call the shop at (239)-267-9594.
