larger bunch of flowers with green leaves were very small. somewhat disappointed by the size. you called my wife's phone for pick up...It was supposed to be a surprise. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m sorry the bouquet didn’t feel as large as you hoped, and I understand how disappointing it is when a surprise doesn’t go as planned. We only call the number provided on the order to ensure timely pickup, but I see how that affected your experience. We make the arrangements as close to the picture shown as we can. It is pictured as a low, short arrangement and that is what was made. The flowers are closed when they first arrive and will open up in the next couple days.
